We had a good day today, Danny and myself fixed the tin on the drivers stand, I have to say Mr smooth was not to smooth up that high, I kinda had to hold his hand up there.
We also put a floor on the CD area, no more bouncing up there, Nick said he was going to make a granite top for the CD's to work on!!
We also worked on the bouy system,It is not done yet but were heading in the right direction. Once again I have to say danny's sea legs were not to good!! I think he was nervous with me swinging a board right above his head. Carlo bought chicken for everyone, fried chicken always tast better when someone else pay's.

All BS aside I want to thank everyone for there help, Members and non members, we worked as a team today!! There is still alot to do, but it will be right for the race.

Yea, we had a good day of work and got a lot done.
Got to thank Jesse for coming up with the great idea to fix the floor for the CD stand. And special thanks to Jason for taken Break's place in giving everybody the play by play of whats happening at the pond, while it hunting season an Breck is tiring to kill every poor animal in Louisiana.
Enjoyed the wright up Breck Jr. Running boats or working we still have fun,got to say again it was a good day

Bug,
We are getting you straightened out. We are trying to have the central air and heat installed in time for the race for you.

Another great day was had at the pond. Nick brought a nice looking CD table, we installed it and even hooked up the P.A. system every thing worked great. I tested out the speakers with a verse of the star spangled banner, I was slightly off pitch but over all not too bad. Much to my supprise when we showed up today the CD stand was not olny screwed down, but it was painted!! A big thanks to towchief and his daughter!!
Nick also had some out standing jambalaya that he stayed up till 1:00AM working on, boy was it good, He also brought some pies that an old lady made, all I can say is WOW, thanks Nick.
Racer X made a nice ramp to get the boat in and out of the connex, who needs doors anyway!!
Carlo yacked up snot and yelled at the dog all day,--- you know I think that is all he did???
Mr smooth made some narley cuts with his super duty mag 77 worm drive saw, I think he was trying to show off!!
Canofhairspray talked to some parish workers about the condition the had our parking area in, I wasn't right there, but I think he told them to fix it fast or they would have to deal with Carlo's lost boat rescue crew, I don't think they want that!!
Brad was practing his fly by for the start of the big race, I hope there is no wind that day.
We had some green stuff in the water, but thanks to Mr prince, he moved it with the flat boat and a paddel!! I shure hope he comes for the race..
All in all we had a great time!
